We have initially utilised residential homes for sale as a way of supporting our Housing Association partners’ developments. Essentially, operating mixed tenure developments to cross-subsidise the provision of affordable housing. This, we see as a great operating strength of Markey and clearly demonstrates our commitment to social integration and the financial support to establish open market land values in a difficult and competitive land market.
We are proud of our design, quality and specification and do not differentiate between our properties for outright sale or shared ownership dwellings offered by an RSL. |
