We have constructed several purpose built forms of student accommodation including halls of residence and self-contained move-on accommodation in city centre locations at Gloucester, Cheltenham and Worcester.
We offer a range of procurement options:
• Land identification, design, construction and sale.
• Land identification, design, construction and long-term lease by the education establishment.
• Construction only or design and construction.
• Design and construction with retained management of the facility by Markey Residential.
Currently we are looking for further opportunities to work with colleges or universities to increase the provision of quality student accommodation throughout the region. |
